Restore a Supporter Pack purchase
Connect to the internet, use the store account that made the purchase, then open Skins > Explore the Supporter Pack > Restore. Apple may ask you to authenticate. A pending payment unlocks the collections only after the store completes it.
Purchases restore through the same store. They do not transfer between Android and iOS. If Restore does not find a completed purchase, email us with the store and product name. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or purchase tokens.
For refund requests, use Google Play's refund process or Apple's refund process. Removing the app or resetting gameplay does not request a refund.
Keep your progress
Journey progress, Classic scores and settings are saved on your device. Ordinary updates preserve them. We cannot recover lost gameplay saves remotely. Avoid uninstalling, clearing app storage or resetting progress while troubleshooting a save problem.
Reset all progress removes adventures, scores, earned cosmetics and settings. It preserves separately stored Supporter Pack ownership and collection selection. Reinstalling may require Restore to recover a store purchase.
Adjust the controls
Settings includes Step mode, slower movement, a direction pad, left-hand Switch placement, larger text, high contrast, reduced motion, and sound controls. Try Step mode if you prefer to plan each move.
Share diagnostics only if you choose
Local diagnostics is off by default. Settings > Copy support diagnostics copies a small technical log and version information; it does not send anything. You can inspect and paste it into your email if it helps explain a problem. Screenshots are optional. A parent or guardian should handle support requests for a child.
