About these terms
Eleventh Power is provided by John Cotter. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree on your behalf.
Using the game
Eleventh Power is intended for people ages 13 and older; children under 13 should not use the app. You may install and play an authorized copy on a device you own or control, subject to applicable store and third-party license terms. You may share your gameplay screenshots and recordings. Do not unlawfully redistribute the app, misrepresent it as your own work, or interfere with advertising or other services. Third-party components retain their own licenses and rights.
Your progress
Boards, best scores and preferences are saved locally. We provide no account recovery or developer-operated cloud backup. Clearing storage, uninstalling, losing your device or changing signing identities between development and store builds can cause permanent loss of progress. Platform backup and restore depend on your device settings.
Advertising and external services
Eleventh Power may display banner advertising when configured and permitted by the applicable privacy choices. No purchase, ad click or agreement to personalized advertising is needed to play. Ad availability is not guaranteed. An advertisement is not an endorsement; external destinations have their own terms and policies. The current game has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Availability and development builds
Availability depends on device, platform, country and store. Coming soon buttons do not promise a release date. Development builds may contain bugs or differ from store releases. We may update or discontinue features, subject to applicable support and consumer obligations.
Privacy and support
Our privacy policy explains local saves, advertising, support correspondence and deletion. For support, email support@johncotter.io. Privacy requests go to contact@johncotter.io. We do not guarantee a particular response time.
Store terms
Copies obtained through Google Play are subject to applicable Google Play terms. For copies obtained through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement governs the app license unless a separate custom license is supplied there. These terms supplement that license; the Apple license controls conflicts concerning the App Store license. Apple and Google are not the publisher of this app.
Responsibility and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as is and as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes mandatory consumer rights. You can stop using the app at any time. We may revise these terms with an updated date and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued.
