Who we are
Eleventh Power is provided by John Cotter. This policy covers the app, its development builds and these support pages. Contact contact@johncotter.io for privacy questions or support@johncotter.io for help with the game.
Game data on your device
The app stores your current board, score, move count, undo state and best score for each board size, plus your color and haptic preferences. We do not operate accounts, cloud saves, online leaderboards, or a first-party gameplay analytics or crash-upload service. We cannot remotely access or restore your saves. Your operating system may include app data in backups or device transfers according to its settings.
Intended audience
Eleventh Power is intended for players ages 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. The current app does not ask for, collect or verify an age or date of birth. This intended audience is not an age-verification system. Because ages are unverified, we apply restrictive under-age-of-consent advertising treatment to every player, including adults. A parent or guardian should help younger teens with external links or support requests.
Advertising and consent
The native app includes Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). When advertising is configured for the platform, UMP checks advertising eligibility and applicable privacy options before the app initializes advertising or requests a banner. Both UMP and Mobile Ads receive the under-age-of-consent treatment flag for every player. We request non-personalized ads and a general-audience ad-content limit. This can limit ad availability. If privacy requirements cannot be checked or ads cannot be requested, you can still play. Google's services may store privacy preferences. Development builds may use test ads; the web version does not request ads.
Data handled by Google
Google's advertising services may process your IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and advertising identifiers where available and permitted, app/device information, ad views and interactions, and technical diagnostics. These are used to deliver and measure ads, operate the service, and detect fraud or abuse. We request non-personalized ads, but those ads can still use identifiers or local storage and process data. Non-personalized does not mean no data collection. Your saved boards and scores are not sent to Google by our game code. Google's retention and other processing are governed by its policies.
Your advertising choices
When Google requires a privacy-options entry point, Settings shows Ad privacy choices so you can review or change your choices. Existing banners are removed while choices are updated. Your device may also provide advertising-identifier and privacy controls. Declining advertising consent does not remove game features. Eleventh Power does not request precise location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone access, and does not request Apple's tracking permission.
Support messages
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We and our email providers use it to deliver correspondence, respond and investigate your request. Please send only what is needed; a parent or guardian should handle support requests for a child. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to resolve the request and related issues or meet legal obligations. We may disclose it if required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention, deletion and security
Local saves remain until replaced or removed. New game replaces the selected board but preserves your best score. To remove all local data, use your device's app-storage controls or remove the app; this can permanently erase progress. Backups and copies of messages must be managed separately through the relevant service. Local files rely on your device's storage protections; no system guarantees absolute security. Email contact@johncotter.io to request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, including anything a child may have sent. We will handle requests under applicable law and explain any required retention. Google data and privacy choices are managed through Google's services.
Website and other services
Opening these pages sends normal connection information, including your IP address and the requested page, to our hosting provider, which may keep operational or security logs. These policy pages have no advertising, analytics scripts or externally hosted fonts. Linked websites, operating systems, backups and app stores process information under their own policies and your settings.
Changes
We will update this policy and its date when practices change, and provide additional notice or consent requests where required. Contact John Cotter at contact@johncotter.io with privacy questions.
